We've been making mattress since 2000.


Your new Suiforlun mattress is covered by a 10 year limited warranty (the “Mattress Warranty”).

This limited Mattress Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


Please note: The warranty is valid from the date of your original purchase, covering any defects in workmanship and/or materials. In addition, because we

cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, your mattress must be in the United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the Warranty.


This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the Mattress and is non-transferable. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes

of this Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Mattress from Suiforlun or a Suiforlun authorized retailer-namely Amazon.com. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner.

If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, this Warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”


(1) - Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1.5”) one and one half inches that is not associated with

an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base.Normal wear requires that a Mattress be

continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and foundation.


(2) - Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.


(3) - Any manufacturing defect in the zipper assembly of the Mattress Cover.


(1) - Damage caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials   (2) - Transportation charges    (3) - Comfort preference

(4) - If the mattress is in an unsanitary condition caused by soiling, blood stains, f abric stains, bodily fluids, infestation or other abuse

(5) - Damage from liquid penetration, cleaning fluids or use of a washing machine   (6) - Normal wear and tear   (7) - Body impressions less than 1 1/2 inch

(8) - Sagging in the mattress less than 1 1/2 inch    (9) - Structural damage from using an improper bed frame or inappropriate foundation

(10) - Damage of the mattress due to misuse or physical abuse; damaged, burned, cut or torn

(11) - Memory Foam Mattresses: Normal change/increase in softness of the memory foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature


If a defect appears during the duration of this warranty, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the mattress at a handling cost to be paid by the purchaser.

This does not include handles as handles are to be used only for adjustment purposes and are not intended to lift, turn or transport the product.

The ticking cover on the mattress is warranted for defects in material or workmanship. Only the piece or part determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced.

Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.


To submit a claim under the applicable Warranty, please contact us by email at suiforlun@hotmail.com

and provide us with the following information :

(1) - The order number and/or first and last name of the person who placed the order.
 (2) - A brief description of the claimed defect.
(3) - A photo or short video documenting the issue you are experiencing.


You will receive a response from us within seven (7) business days after we receive your claim.



Suiforlun warrants the Pillow in its original packaging sold to you against defects in material and workmanship set forth below for a period of 5 years from

the time your Pillow is purchased by you, when the Pillow is used normally for its intended purposes in the home.

This limited Pillow Warranty applies to :
(1) -Any physical flaw in the foam material that causes it to split or crack under conditions of normal use and proper handling.
 (2) - Any manufacturing defect in the pillow cover such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling.


This limited Pillow Warranty does not cover the following:

(1) - Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.     (2) -Comfort preferences.
(3) - Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts,

tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
(4) - Any Pillow (whether manufactured by Suiforlun or not)sold by resellers or individual who are not authorized retailers.


We will repair or replace the defective Product or the defective component(s) of the Product (e.g., the pillow cover, if applicable). In the case of a manufacturing

defect in a component of the Product, such as the pillow cover, we may elect to repair or replace the component rather than replace the entire pillow,

and we reserve sole and complete discretion over that election.If we elect to replace the Product or component, we will replace it with the model,

version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original. If you wish to replace a defective

Product with a more expensive Product, you may be required to pay the difference in price between the original Product and the more expensive Product.
Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
