Does it smell ?
Our hybrid mattress does not have any HORRIBLE smell. Our hybrid mattress has been certified by Certi-PUR US to be free from all harmful chemicals. If there is a slight odor, don’t you worry, it’s safe. The odor comes from the fresh new foam being packaged during transit but not from any harmful chemicals. We encourage our customer to let the mattress air out a while after opening it.
What's the weight limit for Suiforlun hybrid mattress?
It can hold around 650 lbs of evenly distributed weight.
How do I clean my mattress?
The mattress can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not soak the mattress or cover. Dab away excess moisture with a dry cloth and allow time to air dry at room temperature away from heat or light. We suggest a waterproof mattress protector to guard against stains from fluids and spills.
Do I need a box spring for Suiforlun mattress?
No, any solid foundation will work, such as platform bed, box spring, wooden slats ect.
The directions indicate to allow for 24-72? hours, can it be slept on before it is fully decompressed?
You can sleep on it the first night you take it out of the packaging. It expands around 80% within 30 minutes, then the final 20% in the next 24-72 hours.
How long does mattress take to expand?
We recommend allowing 24-72 hours for your mattress to fully expand.
How long can I leave the mattress in the box?
We suggest unboxing your mattress soon after delivery; within 30days is ideal.
